One Account, Many Views

Fesutibaru believes that access drives efficiency—and everyone
deserves a clear view of the part they play.

A smooth-running festival depends on everyone knowing where to be, what to do, and what to expect. That’s why we’ve built Planner around universal access: no seat limits, no extra charges, and no hidden barriers. Every participant—whether they’re an author, technician, administrator or driver—should have access to the tools and information made for them.

Each person’s account is tied to their email address. That single email unlocks their role-based view across the entire Fesutibaru platform, whether it’s Planner, the brochure site, ticketing dashboards, or Discord. From that one login, we tailor access to match their specific involvement in the festival—nothing more, nothing less.

The views are bespoke. Authors see event times, accommodation, and travel. Technicians see kit lists and stage layouts. Admins see what’s been submitted and what’s still missing. This approach not only prevents confusion but also builds a more knowledgeable, confident team.

If someone needs access to a different area of the festival—perhaps they’re both an author and a volunteer coordinator—they can simply use a second email to represent that second identity. The permissions remain clear, and the user experience stays focused.

Our approach to accounts isn’t about locking people out. It’s about inviting everyone in—with exactly the access they need to contribute effectively.
