Event Master Sheet
Every event, every detail — all in one place
The Event Master Sheet provides a comprehensive overview of every scheduled event, including title, time, venue, duration, contributors, and format. It’s the organiser’s central command sheet.
From this master view, users can filter and sort by any property—whether they need to locate an author, manage a venue clash, or get a count of Panel Events. It’s real-time, readable, and role-sensitive.
Each event is editable through a dedicated detail view—the most feature-rich in the system. There are eight separate tabs per event, covering everything from assets to tickets to tech specs.
Assets and documents can be uploaded directly to each event, and any media required—like slideshows or printed worksheets—are stored with the session and distributed accordingly.
Whether you're the artistic director, production lead, or managing artist care, this sheet brings together all the information needed to run the festival smoothly.
