The master sheet collects every travel and accommodation detail into a single unified table for the festival team to reference and update.
Each row represents an individual guest's arrangements, including travel companion info, departure and arrival details, transport notes, and driver instructions.
You can view, add, or edit entries to ensure guests are properly received, and transport instructions are clear and traceable.
This view powers the individual tabs in the My Travel and My Accommodation pages visible to each guest.
Use this sheet as the definitive travel board for all confirmed and in-progress arrangements.
