Ticketing Overview

The ticketing system completes the experience — connecting your festival’s data to real-world attendees. This part of the demo shows how ticket listings, availability, and sales can update automatically from your event data in the Planner.

• Event-Driven Ticket Generation
  Each time a new Event is added to the Planner, a corresponding ticket entry is created — including title, time, venue, and ticket types. No duplication or rekeying.
• Live Availability
  If seat counts, capacity, or ticket types are changed in the Planner, they ripple through to the ticketing UI. This ensures real-time accuracy for your audience.
• Author and Event Links
  Ticket listings are automatically enriched with links to authors and their event descriptions — keeping the sales page informative and consistent with the rest of the site.
• Confirmation & Follow-Up
  When a ticket is booked, the system can trigger optional automations — such as a confirmation email, a pre-event briefing, or even a Discord invite. (In the full product, this would be fully configurable.)
• Cross-Platform Compatible
  We’re demonstrating a basic ticketing flow here. In practice, we could connect to platforms like Eventbrite, TicketTailor, or your bespoke system — the point is seamless integration with Planner data.
