  Role-based permissions ensure that each user only sees the information relevant to them. Whether you’re managing events, author profiles, or ticketing, your data is never duplicated—just linked and displayed safely.
• Hosting & Security
  Our platform is hosted securely using Vercel and Supabase infrastructure. Authentication is managed through Clerk, and all data is encrypted both at rest and in transit. Demo users receive isolated data environments for privacy.
• Standards We Respect
  We adhere to GDPR and UK GDPR guidelines and align our design with ISO 27001 principles. The system ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data at all times.
• Integrations & External Services
  When connected to brochure websites, ticketing platforms, or Discord, data flows are limited to what is strictly necessary. We never store passwords or access tokens for third-party platforms.
• What You Can Control
  Organisers have full control over roles, permissions, and exported reports. You can delegate access, control views, and create approval workflows that suit your team’s structure.
