Master Sheet
A centralised dataset powering access, connectablity, and workflows across the platform.
The Media Master Sheet is the centralised location for storing all event-related media files. This includes PowerPoints, audio files, and printable assets associated with specific events.
Like the Person Master Sheet, this view supports familiar spreadsheet-style sorting and filtering. Organisers can quickly locate and manage media for any event, ensuring nothing gets lost or duplicated across folders and email chains.
Clicking on any row opens the detail view, where the uploaded media file, event link, type (e.g., PowerPoint, Audio File), and any notes are available for review.
The create view allows team members to add a single media item per record, linking it to a corresponding event. Required fields include event link, media type, and file upload. Notes and metadata fields provide additional context.
Media records are timestamped and linked to specific festival years. This ensures accurate archival and reuse, allowing staff to reference previous years’ media or adapt it for current events.
