compiling hospitality sheets, table plans, or prepping backstage catering.
This page displays the dietary requirements recorded for each participant. Only those with active dietary notes will appear here, ensuring the view remains clean and relevant.
The interface is auto-filtered by the dietary_requirements field in the Person table—entries without a value are excluded from this view by default.
This helps organisers avoid missing important requests (no mushrooms, gluten-free, etc.) and keeps catering and green room logistics accurate and respectful.
The associated entries are linked to the participant profile and remain editable via the My Details section or by staff with editing permissions.
This view is often exported and shared with catering teams to simplify service across multi-day events.
