This view is a clean, filterable list of all participants who have noted accessibility requirements. Any person without a value in the relevant field will not be shown.
Each entry displays the participant’s name, image, and a brief description of their accessibility needs. This makes it easy for staff to recognise and accommodate specific requirements.
The associated event days are also shown where relevant, helping to plan specific support for each day or venue.
The data in this view is read-only, pulled directly from the person’s profile. If edits are needed, staff can use the “Master Sheet” or “My Details” view where permissioned.
