The document library holds downloadable PDFs issued to authors and chairs. These can include instructions, policies, or useful festival information.
The most common documents include the Festival Info Pack, Parking Pass, and various fee notes. These are attached to individuals under their 'Document Link' field.
Each record in the library has a title, a thumbnail preview, and is accessible through the linked views in 'My Details' or 'Person Master Sheet'.
Documents can be updated year-to-year, and old versions are automatically archived per festival year.
