Pick Up Summary

This view gives you a complete list of all scheduled pick-ups for festival guests.
Each row displays the time, location, guest name, driver (if assigned), travel companion, and transport notes.
Use this screen to confirm who’s responsible for which pick-up and where it’s taking place.
Filter or search by driver name, location, or guest to quickly spot any gaps or clashes.
Especially useful for the transport manager or logistics team on the day of travel.
