This section shows the range of views that are available to everyone. Whether they are an author, agent, technician or publisher, the information shown here is tailored to the login and reflects their role at the festival.
The page only shows their own data and is dependent on them being logged in. This ensures a high standard of data safety and integrity—nobody else can access or edit their details.
The "My Details" section allows them to manage and update their own information across festivals. As participants may appear across multiple years, maintaining a single editable profile ensures accuracy and continuity. This section includes: Photo, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Mobile Phone Number, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, Address, and Other Information / Notes.
There is a dedicated subsection for Agent or PA Contact Details, including: Contact Name, Contact Email, and Contact Phone Number. These are used by staff to communicate when authors have a designated point of contact.
You’ll also find fields for Social Media Information: Website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X / Bluesky, and Other Social Media Sites. These help the team promote events and prepare materials more efficiently.
A second tab contains any documents uploaded by festival staff for users to read—such as parking passes, arrival instructions, or event briefs.
